We are in-network with most major insurance carriers and can file any with PPO plan for your convenience.
We ask that you please provide all of your insurance information prior to or on the day of the appointment so that we may file your claim for you. Being familiar with your insurance benefits allows us to accurately estimate the amount your insurance will cover as well as what is expected to be collected from you. We file all claims electronically, so your insurance company will receive each claim within days of the treatment. You are responsible for any balance on your account.
A word about finances
We make every effort to provide a treatment plan that not only provides the best possible care for your child but fits your timetable and budget. We ask that you pay for office visits and treatment at the time the service is rendered. We accept cash, check, most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), as well as offer CareCredit Financing (http://www.carecredit.com/apply/). Also, we accept and are in-network with most major dental insurances. If you have a dental benefit plan, please bring the insurance information with you. Our business staff will be happy to review benefit coverage and work with you to help you receive the maximum benefits. Some procedures your child may need may not be covered by your plan. Also, a deductible or a co-payment may be required. Our estimates are made according to the information given to us by the insurance company and the contracted employer. Any additional charges not covered by insurance will be your obligation as the responsible party. Your level of insurance coverage is determined by your policy. If you think your coverage is insufficient, you may wish to address this with your insurance carrier.
