A Fourth-Generation Dentist from Jacksonville
Dr. W. Vaughn Holland is a fourth-generation dentist who grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. He continued at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where he earned his DMD degree magna cum laude, building a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care.
Advanced Training for Complex Cases
Dr. Holland was selected for a highly competitive, customized dual specialty program in both Prosthodontics and Orthodontics—making him one of fewer than ten doctors in the United States with this distinction. He now focuses his practice on orthodontics, where his unique background allows him to treat complex cases, including patients with congenitally missing teeth, interdisciplinary needs, and temporomandibular joint disorders.

Dr. Holland’s passion for his craft is rooted in both restorative dentistry and orthodontics, allowing him to offer patients a full range of treatment options to achieve optimal aesthetic and functional results. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Vanessa, and their two sons, Blake and Cody. Together, they enjoy neighborhood walks, fishing, weekends at the hunting camp, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
